The biggest feature of this model is that the rotational torque between the slip ring and the winding core is achieved by adjusting the air pressure in the main shaft, thereby controlling the winding core driven by each slip ring, thus solving the rewinding problem caused by uneven tension due to the difference in thickness of different coils during slitting.

Most of  differential shaft has side—friction controlled slip between each cartridges made of force by spring or air cylinder aside .

It is known that the constant friction between each cartridge is rarely accomplished in this type .

The first air friction we present works by air pressure controlled equally to each cartridges ,so slip of each cartridge is even which builds precisely controlled rolls.

Loading /unloading of a finished roll is really easy because core is gripped by lugs inflated by air.

Unlike other air friction shafts,this product  has no tube in it ,so no trouble because of tube. 

Working principle of differential shaft:

The differential shaft is also called the differential shaft, winding shaft, and the differential shaft is an upgraded version of the pneumatic shaft. It has improved several levels in terms of product manufacturing precision, difficulty, and requirements, so the products wound by the differential shaft are also very perfect. It is mainly used for winding of slitting machines and is also used for unwinding in special occasions. The principle of this structure of differential shaft is to use the strip groove on the axis to install the airbag, and then match it with the differential ring, which is a high-quality differential shaft. Differential shafts based on this principle include common ball differential shafts, key differential shafts, square key differential shafts, bead key differential shafts, etc. These differential shafts are mainly used in adhesive tapes, optical films, paper, labels and other products.

Another type of differential shaft uses the cylinder principle to control the tension, and of course it is also inflated. The representative product of this differential shaft is the Nishimura differential shaft. Using the cylinder principle, the piston on the Nishimura differential ring can expand and retract. The greater the air pressure, the greater the pressure it is subjected to.
